DC- CPAT Facility

KRAMER is working with the District of Columbia, Department of Real Estate Services (DRES) providing Construction Management and related services to manage all on-site construction operations through commissioning as a representative of the DC Government at the DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services Candidate Physical Agility Testing (CPAT) Facility at the PR Harris School, Washington DC. This facility will be the first certified training and testing facility for FEMS the District. The project is to convert the main Gymnasium of the school to accommodate the FEMS CPAT Facility, this effort is in support of the DC School Repurposing Program.
