Kramer Consulting is providing Owner’s Representative services for the redevelopment of 7700 Arlington Boulevard for GBA Associates. The project includes the complete base building renovation of three buildings (1950s, 1970s and 1980s eras) and the tenant fit-out for a high security government tenant.
