SAP has engaged Kramer Consulting for Project Management and to provide trade coordination services for their DC corporate office in the Ronald Reagan Building located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC. Currently SAP maintains space on three floors (4th, 5th and 6th) and has completed a utilization analysis study resulting in a decision to consolidate the functions and operations onto a single floor, providing SAP with an opportunity to Sub-lease the spaces vacated on the 4th and 5th floors. The project consists of the relocation of their Server Room, upgrades to the Lobby and Customer Presentation areas, New Virtual Office area and the build out of a Secured Government Support office Area.
